The precious liquid is then extracted using natural well water sourced from the esteemed Tequila Valley aquifers. It undergoes fermentation with estate yeast in shallow fermentation tanks, remaining 'unaged' to preserve the authentic terroir and pure agave essence, untouched by the influence of wood.
