Jorge Navascues - 2022 Cutio Tinto flavour_Floral The distilleryManual harvest, fermentation for 45 days in stainless steel vats with temperature control below 26C, aging in 225 liter French oak barrels of different ages. A tangy freshness is revealed from the first nose, highlighted by notes of crme de cassis and sugared strawberries. The attack is light and fine in tannins, the overall effect is delicious and digestible, accessible from today. Serve slightly chilled. Jorge Navascues, Winemaker.
