Mat makes the most delicious hot sauce in the country and runs a hot sauce shop and tasting room in Collingwood, Victoria. Our Pia Picante soda is a riff on one of our favourite sauces. Staying true to the sauce we have used pineapple, ginger, lime, coriander and a lick of red habanero. Proudly handmade in SA from 100% all natural ingredients. Mischief Brew.
