杉林溪茶區隱於臺灣中央山脈的雲霧深處，位於溪頭遊樂區之上，擁有得天獨厚的自然環境。茶園散布於海拔1100至1800公尺的高山間，四季雲霧繚繞，氣候涼爽宜人，常年穩定的降雨滋養了這片肥沃的土壤，為杉林溪茶葉提供了絕佳的生長條件。茶樹在這片靜謐的山谷中深深扎根，緩慢生長，積累著豐富的營養與芳香物質。
產自梨山新佳陽茶區，海拔約莫2000公尺的茶園，只選用春冬兩季製成的高品質茶葉。新佳陽，位處於大甲溪上游，也是泰雅族人居住的部落之一處。
