The 500ml tin sits at a natural angle inside the 800ml tin, giving you a long, efficient line to shake along, and both tins are weighted to keep a steady rhythm. A finely bevelled inner edge is kinder to the ice, and the close fit seals firmly yet parts without a fight. Each tin is drawn from a single piece of steel, seamless, then hand polished in the direction
