This is a Lili Ledy figure and cape, with a Kelloggs blue skirt from circa 1983. The belt is not Lili Ledy but is original. The cape, belt and figure are in great condition, with no country of origin (no Coo) and the skirt is in superb condition. Both arms, legs and head are stiff and hold their positions. Overall figure grade by us is 75 80.
