Approximately 4. 70 carats it is surrounded by 3 rows of bright white diamonds. 22 + 26 + 34 = 82 diamonds of approximately 0. 04 carats each = 3. 28 carats total. All set in 18 carat white and yellow gold. The setting measures 27. 55 mm in length x 19. 85 mm across. The ring size is O (US 7 1 2) we have a superb jeweller who can resize without a trace.
