It works fantastically with any Mediterranean flavoured recipes. Add some olive wood to your pizza oven to add some extra smoke flavour. Chunks are best used in mid sized smokers and BBQs, such as kettle BBQs, bullet smokers and Kamado style cookers. Where possible, we source our wood from pesticide free orchards, therefore there may be some evidence of
