Strap, Rudder Bar - Kit BLS4BA12S Two Small dents (1" inKit includes one each 99938 000 and 99938 001 Rudder Bar Straps plus a copy of Piper MSB 1242A, Rudder Bar Inspection. Both Straps required to comply with MSB 1242A. Note: Be sure to inspect the Rudder Bar Support Assembly, 63451 000, for cracks around the base. Piper MSB 1242A supersedes Piper Service Letter 671. Aircraft that have previously complied with SL 671 should also comply with MSB 1242A.
