Seeking that balance of a true Flanders, where fruit driven sweetness combines with puckering acetic driven acidity. Delicate peach aromatics combine with a Brettanomyces bruxellensis funk and Acetobacter sourness. A gentle honey treacle mid palate softness the complex sourness, providing a balanced drinkability.
