A distinctly earthy nose features notes of red and dark currant, rose petal, violet and pretty spice whiffs. There is again excellent detail to the intense broad shouldered flavors that are shaped by dense but fine grained tannins on the hugely long, balanced and firmly austere finale. This too is built to age and a wine that will likely need 20 years to see its
