The fruit comes from an old, dry grown Shiraz vineyard in Vine Vale, with vines now averaging over 90 years of age. This site consistently delivers concentration and depth, thanks to naturally low yields and very small berries with thick skinsideal for long, slow fermentations. The wine spends eight weeks on skins, followed by twelve months in cask
