'In The Weeds' Amaro Naked is the one who leads45% ABV 500mL Beechworth Bitters is an artisan producer of amari and cocktail bitters, based in Beechworth in northeast Victoria. The venture was born out of chef Michael Ryans long held interest in bitters, which he was (finally) able to pursue during COVID lockdowns while stepping back temporarily from his restaurant operations. Michael works in small batches, using complex blends of over 170 botanicals in his botanical library roots, leaves,
