The yarn is created by upcycling left over textiles from manufacturing, as well as clothes that may have otherwise gone to landfill. This versatile, soft, washable cord is made from at least 70% recycled cotton. It is ideal for macrame, crochet and chunky knitting projects. Unlike other brands, this braided cord is just cotton, there's no polyester
