Cherubini - 2020 Sui Generis region_Barolo We’re not here to judgeBlanc de blanc style with zero dosage Sui Generis is 100% chardonnay. The initial fermentation lasts around three weeks after which the base wine is transferred to concrete to settle. These wines see a minimum of 36 months on lees.
