Recioto di Soave 2511LT Prosecco Brut DOC (surprisingly lovely)Recioto di Soave DOCG Grape: Garganega Honey, herb and almond, luscious deep fruit, velvety texture with a divine purity and lifting grapefruit character. 13% Vicentini Producer page The grapes are dried over the winter with botrytis encouraged. They are pressed and fermented in January and February. Fermentation and ageing is in steel tanks, the aim being an unadulterated purity of fruit.
