Saltfleet - 2022 Mataro Decanter 100% Derwent Valley Estate grownGrown by the Perkins family on the border of Sellick's Hill and Willunga. Selective harvest, 100% destemmed, gentle pressing, 10 months in older French oak. The whole berry ferment results in a deep ruby colour and a complex aroma featuring notes of dark fruits with earthy undertones. Full bodied and rich on the palate, with flavours of black cherry, plum and dried herbs. A complex but subtle spice finish. Maker's note
