Organic barley, wheat and hops brewed on Wildflowers new at the time brewing installation in August 2022. Left to chill overnight and inoculated with Wildflowers house culture. Aged for 3. 5 years in a single Foudre. This sparkling version was packaged in cans, making it the singular barrel aged beer we ever packaged in cans. Enjoy. Wildflower
