The candlesticks are intended for very tall candles, hence the bracket around the candle that can hold it in place. This is loose and can be moved up and down as needed. The set is from the 1960s and unfortunately without marks. Illums Bolighus has produced items in the same style, so we think this one is from there. They are in good condition.
