Ampal X Grateful Dead 60th Sweatshirt TwillWe were honored to work with the Grateful Dead on an official collection celebrating their 60th anniversary. We wanted to create timeless pieces, inspired by decades of road trips & journeys to see the Grateful Dead. We worked with mostly 70s era imagery to create hats & Ts that look like they could be the ultimate NOS vintage score from that era, ready to accompany your trip. I connected with their music on a deeper level, on multiple extended road

so don't feel neglected if we didn't nail your area on this first run

We tried to capture that feel with a series of hat sized pennants celebrating areas that are special to us

straight on mostly unpaved third world roads with a surfboard on the side rack and gear in a backpack (probably in sandals)

The drivetrain was stripped to continue racing
