Small filigree decoration above the mesh look on both the top and bottom. Whiting and Davis Company began producing gold and silver plated jewelry such as bracelets, earrings and necklaces in 1907. The hinge on the bracelet works great. There is a small raised button that one presses for the tongue to slide out and open.
