Mary Taylor Gaillacoise Pet Nat africa Domaine de la Fessardiere isGaillac is the second oldest known vineyard area in France after Narbonne. Winemakers Nathalie and Rmi Larroque make just 3,000 bottles of Gaillacoise from the Mauzac grape. Mauzac is a late ripening, slow fermenting grape, making it perfect for Pet Nat.
