The glass is mouth-blown and has a polished mark on the bottom from the glassmaker's rod
The six glasses are in very good condition and have a clear sand nail at the bottom
Frederik d. 8 rødvinsglas, 15 cm. Drikkeglas due to the tradition ofHeight 15 cm. Diameter 7 cm. Frederik d. 8 is from 1917 and was discontinued in 1934, making it one of Holmegaard Glassworks' rarest glass. It is mouth blown from heavy crystal glass, with a beveled bowl that curves slightly at the edge. The glass has an attached beveled stem, which is in the shape of an inverted baluster. The stem has a narrowing, also beveled, just below the bowl. Perfect condition.
