Fitted bodice with a high slashed neck in front and a lower cut v back. Fitted waist with a full skirt sewn in small gathers for a generous fullness. Tiered design to the lower part of the skirt with a small white grosgrain ribbon trim. Back metal zipper to fasten. Labeled Pierre Billet, Paris, appears handmade so possibly this was the tailor? Dress is
