Katharina Wechsler, Riesling Kirchspiel 2018- Magnum Semillon Gris combined with Lowland single grainThis wonderful dry Riesling is serious and elegant, full of citrus aromas with zingy lemon peel and plush grapefruit. The palate opens up on lovely crisp pear flavours and herbal character with hints of apricots from ageing. The refreshing acidity and chalky minerality will make it a perfect match with seafood like fresh crab, smoked salmon or grilled scallops as well as Asian dishes such as Pad Thai, Dim Sum and Chow Mein.
