Nikau Tolone 2021 VARIANT:750ML Fresh apricotNikau Tolone 2021 is a small production Riesling from a west facing, organically farmed vineyard planted over 30 years ago on silica rich sandstone soils in Tasmania. Fermented on skins for 48 hours and aged for eight months on full solids before bottling. It opens with delicate floral and citrus aromas, lime blossom, grapefruit and subtle spice, leading to a palate that is finely structured, vibrant and lightly textural, with a crystalline freshness
