Over a quarter of a decade! The ageing took place in a single Oloroso sherry cask in a Burgundian cave. Exceptional maturation, concentrated and elegant floral savours, subtle, without any alcohol feelings. Round and delicate, reddish amber colour. The silky texture makes a beautiful balance.
