This bottling celebrates 135 years of their prolific whiskey. This edition is comprised of 3 different recipes for bourbon and taken from four batches that range is age from 12 25 years. Nose: Allspice, vanilla, pear stewed with cinnamon and oak. Palate: Manuka honey, ripe berries and more pear notes emerge alongside some clove and nutmeg. Finish: Long and mellow with allspice lingering.
