It is constructed using a custom designed stainless steel band and a talon shaped BlueChip pick. These picks are named BCT BR in memory of Byron Robbins. Byron was a close personal friend of BlueChip's owner Matthew Goins and an avid banjo player who lost his battle with cancer in 2018.
