The bowl is silver plate on brass and has also been manufactured with a sturdy rolled rim

Thomas Dinnerware and Sambonet Serveware and makes some of the finest glass

Besides some fading of the gold trim on the handle

The bowl has a repaired and painted chip on the rim (please see pictures)
