Waubs Harbour Founder's Reserve Single Malt Whisky 500ml (ABV 62%) s_splat -18°C freeze-filtration then at anFounder's Reserve is a deliciously rich and oily single malt with a Tasmanian maritime character to it. Made using the distillery's highest quality ex tawny port casks and bottled at cask strength. Nose Whipped cream and maple syrup over pancakes, dried apricots and rich sultanas. Palate Big juicy oily malt. Very warm but expected at 62%. Sticky date pudding like with a hint of choc and waffle cone. Finish Hints of ginger and wood transition to coffee
