Vignerons Schmolzer & Brown, Brunnen Pinot Noir 2021 ViognierCherry garnet hue. A complex nose combining sweet spiced rhubarb, strawberry and sappy cherry, autumn leaves and perhaps a light mushroom stock edge. The palate is red fruited, bright and savoury, edging into sourer red curranty berry fruits, with a wave of barky cinnamon sweet spice. Its all of the red fruits, and all of the evocative spices. Its a delicious flourish.
