Gallimard, Cuvee Amphoressence NV Botter dried grape50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay from the Cote de Bar with zero dosage aged partly in oak and partly in amphorae. Use of amphorae allows the wine to come in contact with oxygen in a gradual and controlled manner giving a perfect balance between fresh varietal character and rich, nutty oxidative notes.
