Nose Orange oils, lemon zest, Manuka honey, creamy vanilla, buttered digestive biscuits, charred oak and wood spice. Palate Tarte Tartin, creamy caramel, baked apple, orange peel, digestive biscuits, poached pear and creamy oily texture. Finish Toasted oak, baking spices, hint of smoke and orchard fruits.
