Description
and I had to pour another glass
fritzy wine that shouldn’t be mistaken for intense bubbly like Prosecco—it’s joyful
Distilled from a traditional rye mash bill consisting of 51% rye and 49% corn
round and full bodied on the palate with some spicy notes in the finish
full acidity and moderately firm tannins – not unlike Nebbiolo
Chateau Clinet Pomerol 2010 Mondeuse and I had to pourA deeply layered, textured, confident and powerful Pomerol pours out of this bottle. A great vintage shows with bright acidity. Coffee beans and bitter chocolate are the dominant flavors alongside cassis and blackberry autumnal berry fruits. Continue to age or open now with a little breathing time.
