Attractive pear and nectarine aromas with pear and stone fruit on the palate and a lingering finish. Gentle pressing with free run juice being used for this wine. Fermented and matured in stainless steel at between 12 14 degrees celsius to ensure the vibrancy of fruit and zesty acidity shine in our wine.
