Fully prepared for use in any batch freezer using 4 quarts of ice cream base mix INGREDIENT DECLARATION Cocoa, Water, Sugar STORAGE Upon receiving the cocoa paste, store in freezer before use. DIRECTIONS Remove cocoa paste from freezer to defrost. Place the paste in an equal amount of liquid ice cream base, and puree (burr mixer). Once cocoa paste is completely liquified into the
