This top quality flour is completely devoid of mycotoxins, pesticides, and preservatives and has never been exposed to glyphosate. The partial sprouting makes the resulting dough light and full of aroma. Recommended for traditional Italian breads (such as Pane di Altamura), pasta, as well as roman style pizza in teglia and pizza in pala.
