Lone Palm Vineyards, Hillside Shiraz 2023 Domaine Domique Gruhier burnt orange and cedar roundA deep, inky Shiraz with aromas of black fruits and a hint of iron richness that's typical of the Barossa. The palate is sweetly spiced like a berry compte and has plenty of generous cassis fruit and a little leather. The tannins are soft and rounded making it very drinkable now. Enjoy with a juicy steak or a vegie chilli. It's also great with some firm, mature cheese.
