Causes & Cures Semi Dry White Vermouth 750ml (ABV 17%) New Zealand whisky earthy quality and Port EllenThis vermouth is made from a biodynamic viognier wine base and many locally grown botanicals. Certified Biodynamic viognier grapes are hand picked, whole bunched pressed and undergo a wild ferment in French puncheons and barriques. Botanicals include wormwood, juniper, gentian, bay leaf, Cinchona bark, Seville orange, Meyer lemons, native limes, cumquats and orris root. The aromas are citrus and exotic spices, the palate tense and appetisingly bitter.
