Small batch distilled in stainless steel pots. Aged in French oak barrels ex cognac for 12 months follow by an additional 12 months in American oak barrels ex bourbon. Nose A fresh blend of rich caramel and chocolate. Palate Complex, full bodied, toasted agave, a hint of almonds, wild honey, and vanilla. Finish Glossy with oak and vanilla essence. Type: Anejo
