IWS 68 intermediate car for Seldén mast sections C192, C208, C225, C242 Deck Organizer The System 30 Self-Tacking DoubleThis composite car is used as an intermediate sail car between and below battens. A bushing on the shaft prevents chafe on the webbing. The IWS car simplifies hoisting, reefing and dousing and is used for Seldns newest C sections. The side load created by the full batten is taken up by the wheels as the slider tilts to the side and a buffer bearing centers the slider in the groove. The mast groove and the car makes for a perfect match handling loads
