Locally sourced peat together with juniper twigs create a peat whisky with unique characteristics. Nose Bonfire smoke with a hint of juniper, fresh citrus and vanilla fudge. Palate The peaty character is more explicit on the palate than on the nose. Dry oak combined with herbs, green fruits and vanilla. Finish Long and dry finish with notes of oak and herbs.
