Poderi Cellario E'Orange Pet Nat 1L Cherries A massively structure cab chockE' Orange is a skin contact pet nat made from a blend of Incrocio Manzoni, Moscato Bianco, and Nascetta, farmed organically by Fausto and Cinzia Cellario in the Piedmont. The wine undergoes ten days of maceration on the skins and then is aged for twelve months in raw amphora. Unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal added sulfites.
