The palate continues with stewed apples

It’s been bottled at natural cask strength with no added colour or chill-filtration

dried sultana and raisin cake bars with  a long and resinous finish that includes some dark red fruits and a hint of treacle

Distilled back in 2010, its been aged for over 16 years, including a seven month finishing period in a second fill red wine octave.
