The form is a wide, rounded cup with a stable base, 9 cm and H 6. 5 cm sized to whisk and drink matcha directly from the same vessel, hot or over ice. Each cup is thrown on the wheel from stoneware clay sourced from the German Westerwald, shaped by hand, and fired at 1220 C after 14 days of craftsmanship and 12 work
