Champagne Brut NV, Castelnau Sparkling aromatic Semillon from organic fruitA blend of 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir, aged for 5 years before release. There's plenty of 'reserve wine' here and it shows, citrus and apple freshness rounded out with sweet bread and a hint of honey. A fab all rounder.
