Teliani Valley Winery, 97 Kakhuri No8 2022 Santa Rita Hills The ripe pear and softA fun orange wine coming from Georgia with rich notes of dried fruit and nuts, all with a fresh finish. Kakhuri No8 is a blend of four indigenous Georgian varieties and the grapes are hand harvested and then fermented using the traditional Kakhetian method before skin contact fermentation adds that amber colour and a hint of tannins. One to drink cool, not chilled, and with fish or creamy cheese.
