And not just any English rye whisky one made from the grain made locally, in a place called Reydon, which translates as Rye Hill. Fitting! The mash bill is 75% rye, 25% malted barley, and its been aged for a minimum of five years in new French oak. Flavourful indeed! Tasting note: Nose: Spicy pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg leap from the glass, along with bold citrus notes and
