A. #1 52% ABV An unusual Japanese blended malt from two Hombo Shuzo distilleries Shinshu, situated in the Japanese Alps, and Tsunuki, located on Kagoshima island. Made from both peated and unpeated barley, theres a subtle smoke that doesnt overwhelm, in with a beautifully fruity profile. Interestingly its been matured at one of Marss ageing cellars on a sub tropical island. The #1 implies its the first in a series its an impressive
